Delegates will receive transportation updates 24 hours before their trip, two hours prior to departure, and upon the driver’s arrival for pickup.
IPW Rate:
Sedan Transfer (up to 2 passengers): $135.00 (regularly $236.00)*
SUV Transfer (up to 5 passengers): $225.00 (regularly $310.00)*
Additionally, we offer shuttle services using Mercedes Sprinter vans for groups of up to 14 passengers at approximately $45.00 per person, with a minimum of 7 persons booked per van.
