Wheres my chauffeur?
Periodically our experienced and professional chauffeurs have difficulty making contact with our passengers. Even though our chauffeur is in your neighborhood, it may be difficult for him to make contact with you. If your chauffeur is late and you have not heard from us, do not hesitate to call us immediately at 323-844-0282. You will probably discover that your chauffeur is nearby trying to make contact with you.
When do you charge my credit card?
Whether your reservation is booked online or over the phone we will not charge your credit card until the day before you travel. If you book a round trip reservation, both trips will be charged at the same time.
What if my flight is late?
Don’t worry. We track your flight so we know if your plane is early or late. But if you board a different flight you need to let us know.
Lost and found?
Our chauffeurs check and double check to make sure no personal belongings are left in the vehicle. However, if you are missing an item that you think you may have left in a vehicle, give us a call at 323-844-0282 or email us at info@motev.com. How long does it take to pick me up after arriving at the airport?
We track your flight so we know if your plane is early or late. Your chauffeur will be waiting for you in baggage claim.

Can I book Motev reservations over the Internet?
Of course you can, and its easy to do. You will receive a Corporate ID that you will use to access your custom online reservation page, or you can simply create a shortcut on your desktop.
Can I book Motev reservations for my customers online?
Yes you can, and its very easy to do. You will receive an account ID which you will use to access your custom online reservation page. Both you and your client can receive an email confirmation allowing you to easily follow up on the reservation.
Can I allow others in my company to book reservations and still maintain control?
Yes, and again it’s easy to do. We can either issue unique ID’s to every person in the organization who will be booking reservations or only give your ID to those who are authorized to book. In either case we can set it up so that both you and the person who booked the reservation receive an email confirmation. In this way you will know every time a reservation is booked. The Motev invoices you receive will track the reservations made by each.
