Raised in a Military family across international borders, Tiffany’s adaptability and global perspective shape her approach to every endeavor. Before embarking on her current professional journey, Tiffany explored diverse paths, from professional entertainment to corporate law, all while nurturing her role as a mother to four spirited children. Her ability to navigate various roles with diplomacy, grace, and agility sets her apart as a true Jill of all trades.
Over the past two years, Tiffany has served as the President of the Minority Limousine Operators of America, championing the interests of minority operators in the transportation industry. Simultaneously, she holds a pivotal seat on the National Limousine Association Board as a Western Region Representative, leveraging her influence to drive positive change and innovation. As the Co-Chair of the National Limousine Association DEI Council and the Co-Chair of the National Limousine Association Green Rides Initiative, Tiffany is unwavering in her commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and sustainability within the limousine sector.
In addition to her professional commitments, Tiffany is deeply involved in community initiatives, serving as an active member of the Special Events Committee for the Greater California Livery Association. Furthermore, she is the visionary Founder of The Connect, a non-profit organization based in South Central Los Angeles. The Connect empowers business owners in socio-economically impacted environments through activations, programming, and advocacy, with a focus on leadership development and building strengths-based cultures.
Currently, Tiffany serves as the Chief Operations Officer of Motev, where she stands as the right hand to CEO Robert Gaskill. In this role, she orchestrates the logistical and strategic advancement of Motev, a disruptive force in the transportation industry. Despite her demanding responsibilities, Tiffany remains deeply connected to the day-to-day operations of the business, cultivating client relationships, nurturing employee engagement, and setting the gold standard for service excellence.
